We literally loved EVERYTHING at the Waldorf Astoria Kuwait! Everything from the super friendly, helpful and kind staff who went above and beyond to make our stay a special one especially Mr.Baharat at the front desk who made our check in super efficient and gave us free breakfast during our stay and also Mr.Sheikh Abdulrahman at the in-room dinning who was also super friendly and gave us free arabic coffee and dessert! The room was very spacious, airy , and had very relaxing ambiance and vibes! Also, the TV size in the room was way above average for a hotel. The bathroom was also a solid 10/10 (amazing shower and the bathtub is spacious). I can't forget to mention the delicious food offered at the in-room dinning as well as the breakfast buffet. Overall, I would say this is by far the BEST hotel in Kuwait and I highly recommend for a staycation as well as a vacation! 10/10 in all aspects.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Waldorf Astoria Kuwait, and I wanted to share my experience. Upon arrival, I realized that I had made a mistake with my booking date. Thankfully, the receptionist was incredibly kind and helpful. I believe his name was Mahmoud, and he did everything he could to assist me, even though the hotel was fully booked due to the GCC Cup in Kuwait. I would also like to extend my special thanks to Shukry Nagi from the reservations call department. He was exceptionally generous and professional while assisting me with the cancellation process. His understanding and support made a significant difference in my experience. Thanks for having such dedicated staff!

- Very friendly staff, it was our first visit to Waldorf Astoria Kuwait and as a reward they gave us a free breakfast upgrade. - The hotel is very clean all the facilities are to the top level. - very nice experience in the spa. They have spacious jacouzi, sauna, and steam room. They also have a salt treatment room. - The timing for breakfast is perfect they open till 11 am. Also lso you can order the food from your table. - Easy access to the mall - Very conformable bed

The only issue I encountered was the delay in checking into the room, which took approximately an hour and a half. However, the responsible staff member later arrived, apologized sincerely, and offered us access to the VIP Club as compensation. Aside from this, everything was absolutely perfect. I sincerely hope that such a delay does not happen again, as it was both exhausting and inconvenient.

The staff went out of their way to make us feel special, and every detail — from the room setup to the overall ambiance — made our stay memorable. Truly grateful for the warm hospitality.
